Take your first step in the TLC Discipleship Track in the next session of Rooted. Rooted is a 10-week experience designed to connect you to God, the church, and your purpose. Together, in a group of people from all walks of life, you’ll explore the Bible, engage in prayer and serve experiences, share stories, and practice rhythms essential to a healthy spiritual life. These spiritual rhythms are found in the earliest church in Acts 2. Each group will be provided with a trained and Rooted graduate facilitator who will come alongside your group to help you get the most out of the experience. All groups will meet on Sunday afternoon from 4-5:30 p.m., beginning January 14, 2024. What is Rooted?
Rooted is a 10-week discipleship program and a catalyst for life-change. It provokes questions and conversations and group experiences designed to give you a glimpse of your story in God’s story.
Where will my Rooted group meet?
All group meetings will take place on the TLC Campus.
Is there a cost to join Rooted?
There is a cost of $30 associated with this commitment. We believe that Rooted is a life-changing experience and we want everyone to participate! We understand that the Rooted fee may be a concern for some and we are happy to provide scholarships. A scholarship may be requested at the time of registration.
Is childcare available?
Yes, babysitters will be arranged based on participants who request childcare at the time of registration. Childcare will be provided at the church during all group meetings.
What if I can't make it to Rooted Week 1?
If you miss Week One, your leader will be in contact with you and you can still join your group. For the best Rooted experience, we recommend not missing more than 2 weeks. If your schedule requires you to miss more than two, feel free to jump in when the next Rooted session starts. Rooted is available twice per year in January and September.

Is there an age limit for Rooted?
Yes. Rooted is an adult only curriculum (18 years+).
What do I need for Rooted?
All materials will be provided to you on Week One. The Rooted workbook contains all readings and guided study, and also provides space for journaling right in the workbook. Plan to bring a pen or pencil and Bible with you. There is no required reading or additional preparation necessary before the first group meeting.
