Guest Services
Do you enjoy making others feel welcomed, seen and valued? The goal of the Guest Services Team is to meet guests where they are at and help them discover the next steps towards a relationship with Jesus.
You can serve with Guest Experience in a variety of ways:
- Hospitality Team
- Greeting Team
- Info Central Tent
Creative Team
Are you a creative that enjoys capturing moments big and small? The Creative Team exists to help promote the Gospel being shared at TLC through social media platforms and our website.
You can serve with the Creative Team in a variety of roles:
- Photographer
- Video Editor
- Social Media Content Creator
Kids Ministry
Are you someone who enjoys sharing the Gospel with TLC’s youngest guests? Our Kid’s Ministry aims to provide a safe and consistent environment that allows kids (birth through 5th grade) to experience Jesus on their level.
You can serve with the Kids Ministry Team in many different capacities:
- Infants
- 18mo-Walking
- Potty Trained (3-5yrs)
- Elementary
- Assisting with children who may have special needs
- Kid’s Check-In
- Childcare outside of Sunday mornings (discipleship, MomCo, events, etc.)
YTH
Do you see the value in ministering to our next generation of world changers? TLC YTH exists to connect and equip students from 6th grade through 12th grade with life changing experiences and conversations pointing them back to Jesus.
You can serve on the TLC YTH Team in a couple of different ways:
- Sunday Morning Group Leader
- Wednesday Night Group Leader
Worship/Production Team
Do you enjoy worshiping God with musical or technical talents? Striving for excellence, the Worship & Production Team’s goal is to produce music, sound, and video all for the glory of God and allow people to experience Jesus with as few barriers as possible.
You can serve on the Worship/Production Team in a few roles:
- Musician
- Audio Engineer
- Video/Livestream Engineer
Facilities
Are you more of a hands on, behind the scenes person? Our Facilities Team keeps the property looking in tip-top shape and assists with various events that happen throughout the year in our facilities.
You can serve on the Facilities Team in a variety of capacities:
- Event Support
- Outdoor Maintenance
- Indoor Cleaning Crew
Discipleship
Are you passionate about leading others through life changing experiences in our Discipleship Track? Our Discipleship Team exists to engage others through our Discipleship Track and allow them to experience Jesus in miraculous ways.
You can serve on the Discipleship Team in one way currently:
